The Risen and Fallen of Morrstadt
The Risen and Fallen represent the men of Morrstadt, who have strayed from the path of Sigmar and instead follow the teachings of Darius, The self-styled Harbinger of Morr. Having suffered the deprivations of war at the hands of the invader, the people of Morrstadt regard the Empire with disdain, believing only Darius can deliver them. Such is their ignorance, fanaticism, or blind belief, that they will accept anything their ‘saviour’ tells them.
The Risen and Fallen army must be led by Darius.
Army Special rules
All units in the army are designated either Fallen or Risen. These troop types may be mixed, with Fallen characters leading Risen units and vice versa.
Fallen troops are those who have fallen from the true path of the Empire and have thrown in their lot with Darius. They are in all respects men of the Empire, and fight with all the rules relevant to their troop types, including using the Detachment rules where appropriate.
Risen troops are those who have been returned to unlife under the will of Darius himself. Risen troops have all the rules relevant to their troop types from the Vampire Counts book, with the following exceptions:
· Risen troops may march as per normal rules
· Risen troops do not need to take Instability tests with the destruction of the Army General. Instead, all Risen troops are instantly destroyed if the Shroud is destroyed. Remove them from play if this occurs
